Then Huddersfield Town won the shoot-out and Wednesday's dream of promotion lay in tatters on their own home field. In the end, Huddersfield Town prevailed by 5-4 on aggregate, including penalties. Huddersfield Town now face Reading at Wembley on May 29, with the winner headed for the Premier League.
